We are looking for a Content Lead with the ability to devise a variety of creative content ideas & build comprehensive content strategies for our clients. The Head of Content is someone with a creative eye, is original and possesses the ability to ideate and direct content or strategies. He or she should be comfortable developing complete digital marketing strategies that will built brands, sell products, generate engagement and create a following. This includes curating content, keeping up with trends and tracking engagement across the marketing funnel & social platforms. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent writing skill, content ideas and experience creating and directing content on a variety of platforms.

- Ability to understand the client’s brief, objective, direction and voice before devising a content plan.
- Manage and organise the content team to deliver quality content according to timelines.
- Motivate and inspire the relevant teams, especially the content creators to develop ideas, content and creatives with proper thought process.
- Ensuring quality of content deliverables both in terms of substance and creatives.
- Work closely with the project managers, digital marketers, content creators and creative team to produce visually engaging content that is complemented with the right copy.
- Taking ownership and pride in the content ideas you develop, this includes tracking engagement and responding to the latest trends.
- Assist and develop content calendars, engage with the clients when necessary and explore new ideas.
- Willingness to go to “ground-zero” to create content or better understand the product.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with relevant experience.
- Must possess a creative eye, the ability to ideate, active on social media and good understanding of concepts.
- Minimum 3-years professional working experience in a similar role.
- Leadership qualities to inspire and lead a young content team.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Excellent time management skills.
