What You'll Do
- Creating static ads across ad sizes and specs for our advertising campaigns
- Ability to edit photos proficiently
- Stay updated on graphic design and ad trends and continuously innovate, bringing fresh and engaging ideas to the table
- Figma or Illustrator Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard graphic design software to create, edit, and manipulate design assets.
- Communication & Collaboration: Must be able to communicate and collaborate with team members on a constant basis (Slack) and develop design ideas that align with KPIs and brand identity/guidelines
- Feedback Incorporation: Be open to constructive feedback, and make necessary adjustments to designs based on input from team members
- Assets Management: Maintain organized design files and assets for easy access
Required
What You’ll Need to Have:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Canva and Figma.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and present creative ideas effectively.
- Willingness to learn and an interest in digital marketing and eCommerce is a must
- Ability to edit and color-balance photos proficiently
- Strong Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Experience with photography and illustration is a plus.
