  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

This position is based in KL Eco City, Malaysia.

Job Description
  • Run schedule & un-schedule payments on a timely manner with accuracy in the execution of payment runs
  • Perform payment clearing (including Giro Deduction) and weekly projection cashflow
  • Prepare vendor reconciliation
  • Prepare vendor aging report
  • Escalate all unsolved/ unclear issues to the senior/ immediate superior
  • Build effective partnerships with all stakeholders
  • Support audit related activities
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as and when required

Job requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Good communication skill and able to communicate effectively in English
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • SAP knowledge or other ERP accounting systems as well as experience in handling payment transactions would be preferred
  • Experience in shared service or business process outsourcing would be an added advantage
