A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a Senior TA

Your new company

Our client is a well-known Financial Services Company and due to the organisation's growth, they are on the hunt for a Senior Talent Acquisition to join their organisation.


Your new role

As the Senior TA, you will be tasked with amongst others:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for the business, including new business entities under Navis
  • Identify, select and recruit highly qualified candidates through a rigorous selection process
  • Oversee and continuously enhance the current recruitment process
  • Build and develop strong collaboration and relationships with academic institutions, agencies and headhunters to enhance our reach to candidates
  • Responsible for employment pass/ work permit application, renewal and cancellation
  • Responsible for employment contract preparation, renewal and cancellation
  • Maintain a repository of talent profiles




What you'll need to succeed

  • 7 to 10 years of relevant working experience in recruitment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
  • Fluency in English and one or more Asian language
