- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for the business, including new business entities under Navis
- Identify, select and recruit highly qualified candidates through a rigorous selection process
- Oversee and continuously enhance the current recruitment process
- Build and develop strong collaboration and relationships with academic institutions, agencies and headhunters to enhance our reach to candidates
- Responsible for employment pass/ work permit application, renewal and cancellation
- Responsible for employment contract preparation, renewal and cancellation
- Maintain a repository of talent profiles
What you'll need to succeed
- 7 to 10 years of relevant working experience in recruitment.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
- Fluency in English and one or more Asian language
