- To monitor all daily incoming and outgoing inventory transaction and stocks movement.
- Maintain proper record of inventory and ensure IT is updated accurately and timely.
- Receiving & verifying all incoming goods are properly stored & labelled.
- Responsible for quality checking upon receiving, inspection, loading, stock count, sorting and stacking of stocks.
- To conduct periodical stock count and submit the stock balance report for management review.
- Diploma or equivalent;
- Good understanding of Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin;
- Fresh graduate is also welcomed; 2 year(s) of working experience in inventory management or inter-company billing activities;
- Eager to learn how to use and parameterize new products and systems;
- Proficient in using computer software like MS-Word, MS-Excel etc.;
- Good communication skills with co-workers, the management and customers
- 5 Working Days per week (Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm)
