- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Verify that items quantity(ies) match the order before packaging.
- Label and prepare shipments for delivery.
2. Inventory Management:
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Ensure that products are stored correctly and are easily accessible.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory levels.
3. Quality Control:
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that products are free from defects and meet company standards.
- Address and resolve any issues related to order accuracy or product quality.
4. Shipping Coordination:
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Track and update the status of shipments.
5. Workspace Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.

- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Ability to lift and move products of varying weights and sizes.
