Key Responsibilities:

Data collection and data preparation on project related processes, financial matters for financial analysis and other relevant business-related analysis.

Assist in various data research and analysis on financial performance.

Design business process documents and other necessary documents.

Assist in the compilation of documents through liaison with inter-departments.

Demonstrate project management skills, including effective communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional team and other stakeholders.

Provide timely and consistent communication with stakeholders on project status.

Participate in problem solving efforts and play an active role during internal discussions with team leader.

Assist on change management efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Minimum Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or other related fields.

Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.

Good communication skills in English language for both spoken and written.

Good knowledge of Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms Powerpoint

Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Able to multi-task across projects
