  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Agent at Hotel Royal Signature in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting guests with inquiries and requests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and Multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and Organizational skills
  • Experience with hotel reservation systems
  • Knowledge of local attractions and services
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles
