1.Responsible for the back-office operation support

  • Decentralization of Policy Servicing (Non-Financial Policy Changes)
  • Incoming and outgoing mail and document handling
  • Policy Acknowledgement Slip, Financial Changes, New Business Scrutiny Checking and update
  • Decentralization which includes scanning of AGIC documentation

    2. Responsible for customer service delivery at the branch

    • Relief Security Counter during manpower downtime (i.e lunch)
    • Relief Concierge at Menara Allianz which guidance and training will be provided
    • Process cashiering

      3. To ensure compliance of FSA 2013, branch SOPs, guidelines and policies issued by relevant bodies.

      4. To ensure upholding of operation initiative.

      5. Provision of cooperation and support to fellow colleagues. To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or any other relevant field of studies
  • Candidate is willing to expand themselves in other fields besides courses of studies
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral (Allianz Arena)
