  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job responsibilities:

  • Support research and analysis on investments in global real estate and private equity
  • Monitor and evaluate the global market trends, events and macroeconomics
  • Assist in due-diligence, valuations and financial modeling to assess potential investments
  • Assist in preparing investment presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare deal teasers, presentations and investment recommendation papers for clients
  • Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders, local and abroad
  • Update and maintain internal databases
  • To perform and support any other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time-to-time to ensure smooth running of the business
  • Requirements:
  • 1-3 years working experience in investment/ finance / economics/ consulting/ accounting/ research or other relevant fields
  • Entrepreneurial with a willing-to-learn mindset
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Efficient management and presentation skills
  • Self-driven and a team player
  • Ability to communicate, both oral and written
