  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including reporting daily attendance to superiors, handling foreign worker matters, managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence are managed efficiently.
  • Accurately input data into relevant systems and maintain well-organized records, including filing and archiving both physical and digital documents.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and equipped with necessary supplies. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Follow up on leave form submission weekly and ensure accurate records are kept.
  • Prepare documents for new incoming staff and arrange their workstations.
  • Update and maintain the notice board with relevant information and announcements.
  • Act as the point of contact to liaise with government institutions and agencies to obtain updates related to the company, and travel to relevant locations when necessary.
  • Prepare Purchase Order & key in Invoice and communicate with suppliers/customers via email.
  • Verify and record goods received and purchased invoices while keeping track of stock levels.
  • Manage stock issuance as needed.
  • Ensure invoices received match the quantities of goods delivered.
  • Update superiors about payment details based on the payment terms.

    PRE-REQUISITES/EXPECTATION:

    • Min possess SPM.
    • Proven at least 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant or a similar role.
    • Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Must have a CNC background
    • Proficient in using office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to multitask effectively.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
    • Able to interact and communicate well with all levels of people
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Possess own transport
