- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including reporting daily attendance to superiors, handling foreign worker matters, managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence are managed efficiently.
- Accurately input data into relevant systems and maintain well-organized records, including filing and archiving both physical and digital documents.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and equipped with necessary supplies. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Follow up on leave form submission weekly and ensure accurate records are kept.
- Prepare documents for new incoming staff and arrange their workstations.
- Update and maintain the notice board with relevant information and announcements.
- Act as the point of contact to liaise with government institutions and agencies to obtain updates related to the company, and travel to relevant locations when necessary.
- Prepare Purchase Order & key in Invoice and communicate with suppliers/customers via email.
- Verify and record goods received and purchased invoices while keeping track of stock levels.
- Manage stock issuance as needed.
- Ensure invoices received match the quantities of goods delivered.
- Update superiors about payment details based on the payment terms.
