- Team Management: Lead and supervise the concierge team and therapists, managing their schedules and performance effectively.

- Vendor Interaction: Liaise with vendors as necessary to maintain quality standards and operational efficiency.

- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stocks and equipment, conducting regular inventories to ensure proper stock levels.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in good working order at all times.
- Staff Training: Develop and conduct training programs for staff, including hands-on training for new recruits.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Engage in collaborations with partners such as Klook and Traveloka, facilitating knowledge transfer and coordinating month-end billing consolidation.
- Group Sales and Events: Manage group sales and corporate events, handling all aspects from customer correspondence to staff deployment and booking coordination.

- Prefer candidates have experience working in BEAUTY & WELLNESS industry
- Have problem solving skills and decision making skills
- Strong Leadership - Must lead at least 10 teammates before
- Required Languages (Listen and Speak): English (Must), Bahasa Malaysia (Must) and Mandarin (Optional)
