  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Manage master data for partner applications, agreements, proposals, and execution site reporting.
  • Prepare agreements, proposals, and presentation reports.
  • Contact partners to obtain missing information or respond to queries.
  • Correspond via email or phone with partners.
  • Liaise with the operations/technical department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer/partner records.
  • Develop monthly site and sales reports.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers/partners internally.
  • Stay updated on new products and features.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and duties as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Working experience in planning and customer service will be add advantage.
  • Self-discipline and Customer oriented.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
