The role of Head, Commercial Planning is to own the planning of inventory, inbounds, sell-through, revenue, gross margin across all categories and brands for Zalora across its retail and marketplace business.

Responsibilities:
- Own the planning of inventory, inbounds, sell-through, revenue, gross margin across all categories and brands for Zalora across its retail and marketplace business.
- Own the category and brand growth vs plans by working directly or liaising with teams like pricing, merchandising and marketing teams
- Work closely with tech teams to automate existing processes; work towards a single view of targets across all teams across the organization
- Work with data sciences team to identify automated forecasting of which products to buy in what quantity
- Own all retail excellence and marketplace excellence metrics along with the commercial, revenue and finance teams
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience in customer tech companies/ consulting companies; 3+ years leading teams
- Strong analytical skills- ability to understand data quickly and take quick actions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Looker, SQL
- Organized multi-tasker with an eye for detail in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to forge effective cross-functional team relationships.
- Desire to achieve results and attention to detail.
