- Assign jobs to the appropriate team members, ensuring workload is evenly distributed.
Offline Sourcing:
- Take charge of offline sourcing for all job openings of the day, using traditional methods to source candidates.
- Explore local networks, job fairs, and other offline channels to find suitable candidates.
Lead Contact and Application Assistance:
- Reach out to leads, guide them through the application process, and provide any necessary support.
- Maintain communication with leads to ensure they complete their applications successfully.
Job Advertisement Review:
- Review job advertisements to ensure they are up-to-date, clear, and optimized for attracting the right candidates.
- Suggest improvements to job advertisements to improve visibility and response rates.
- Assign jobs to the appropriate team members, ensuring workload is evenly distributed.
Organizational Skills:
- Ability to manage and distribute leads efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Team Coordination:
- Experience in assigning tasks fairly and ensuring balanced workloads within a team.
Sourcing Experience:
- Knowledge of offline sourcing methods and recruitment techniques.
Communication Skills:
- Strong communication skills to guide leads through the application process.
Attention to Detail:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to review and improve job advertisements.
