  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Project Manager/Project Owner/Test Manager on the following tasks:

  • Develop test plans and scripts based on business requirements/scenarios.
  • Perform testing in accordance with the test plan.
  • Participate in testing activities and resolve issues related to data/setup/configuration.
  • Liaise with internal or external parties to troubleshoot, resolve, and retest any reported issues.
  • Ensure test results are reviewed and signed off by all stakeholders.
  • Prepare, validate, and review user-related materials where applicable.

KEY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience as an IT Business Analyst or System Consultant and or Service Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
  • Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business processes, identify pain points, and propose solutions.
  • Familiarity with system documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Test Scripts/Plans, Data dictionaries, ERDs, Flowcharts, etc.
  • Experience in conducting user acceptance testing.
  • Knowledge and experience in banking-related systems.
  • Knowledge and experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
