Key Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals. Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market gaps, and emerging trends. Analyse competitive products and make data-driven decisions to ensure our product remains competitive.
• Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to define product requirements and guide the product development process. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs. Use this feedback to inform product development and improve the customer experience.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch. Monitor product performance and make adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters. Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Revenue and Profitability: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies. Ensure that products meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions about product features, pricing, and positioning. Continuously monitor and analyse key product metrics to drive improvement.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in BIS or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, software development processes, and agile methodologies.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse and interpret data to make informed decisions and drive product success.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve business objectives.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into successful product features.
