Job Responsibilities

- Support the Corporate Planning and Legal department to lead corporate strategy and planning to design, develop, implement and continuously update/ refine company’s strategy.

- Responsible to proactively lead/ participate in innovation initiatives to advance the company’s innovation agenda, including articulating and developing innovation opportunities, aligned to the company’s goals, vision and mission.

- Responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive business success.

- Secretariat to Management Committee.

- Work in partnership and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive change agenda.

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements.

- Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business.

Job Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking abilities

- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality

- Degree in Legal, Business, Management or in any related field.

- A minimum of 4 years of experience.

- Well versed in Malaysia corporate law and regulations (an advantage).
