In this position you will - be determining customers insurance coverage and providing support in all aspects of claims management.

  1. Ensuring claims are processed within the specific turnaround time 24 hours
  2. Managing repair related enquiries from ARC (authorized repair centers) and non-ARC via phone, email, and chat
  3. Managing logistic partners and engaging them to full fill claims within specific TAT
  4. Engaging with ARC (authorized repair centers) on quotation, RNF and invoices for devices that sent for repair
  5. Ensuring all documentation submitted for approval with insurance provider
  6. Preparing ad hoc reporting via Microsoft PowerPoint

Requirements:

  1. Diploma holder with minimum of 2 years working experience preferably in the insurance industry
  2. Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented and disciplined
  3. Adaptable and able to work on own with minimal supervision
  4. Ability to multitask, plan effectively and meet deadlines
  5. Ability to work during the weekends and Public Holidays on a rotation basis
  6. Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills
  7. Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results
