We are currently looking for a talented Sales Manager for an UK MNC that specializes in chemical products for adhesives & glue manufacturing & distributing.

Reporting to: Head of Department

Location: Selangor

the role

  • Directly responsible for the growth and stability of assigned existing accounts, specifically measured by sales generation, account management, and expansion.
  • Achieve the annual sales budget for the Malaysia market, coordinating product rollouts, trials, surveys, new chain integrations, contract negotiations, price adjustments, and equipment installations.
  • Coordinate, plan, and attend national and regional account meetings as needed.
  • Develop the Annual Account Plan, Annual Business Review, and strategies for new account sales.
  • Create and implement strategies for introducing new products to existing accounts.

the requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales training or experience.
  • Availability for regular business travel.
  • Extensive business-to-business sales experience..
  • Excellent planning & organizational skills.
