Get To Know The Role

  • Ensure all end user support matters are handled in an effective way and timely manner
  • Provide end user support for computers, infrastructure, networking, audio and video conferencing systems and IT applications
  • Hands-on IT operations and helpdesk support in ensuring internal SLA is met
  • Responsible to update and maintain the IT asset management system and inventory control
  • Involve in the IT Onboarding and Offboarding tasks
  • Comply to Enterprise IT governance and compliance processes
  • Assist in documenting user guides
  • Observe and propose continual service improvement towards operational excellence
  • Work in shifts to support teams running on a 24x7 basis

The Must Haves

  • At least 2 years in providing end user support in the IT or Technology sector
  • Familiar with cloud applications and ITSM platforms
  • Good people skills and a solid team player
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Support experience in both macOS and Windows operating systems is a must
  • Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
