- To explore and identify new potential customers;
- To actively follow up on queries and providing feedback to customers in a timely manner;
- Effectively handling the existing client base (general customer service assistance and dealing with issues and complaints);
- To coordinate with the respective team to ensure timely delivery;
- To create a good rapport with customers, maintaining and retaining existing customers;
- To entertain queries, advising clients, provide close follow up and ensure follow through with customers on sales and all relevant matters;
- To achieve the monthly and yearly sales target;
- To monitor on the collection of payments; and
- To perform cold calls and follow-up leads to create new business opportunities.
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in any related field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Working experience in Chemical industry is an added advantage.
- Able to work at PLO 574, JLNKELULI 12, PASIR GUDANG INDUSTRIAL AREA, 81700 PASIR GUDANG, JOHOR
- 5 days work, Monday to Friday
- Car allowance and mobile sim card will be provided.
- On-job training;

- Annual salary increment (prerogative of the Management, depending on Company and Individual’s performance); and
