Job Summary
Assist Sales & Operations Department to ensure smooth operations of retail stores and teams according to SOPs and guidelines
You will play an important role, such as:
Administrative and Operational Delivery
- Assist to verify and submit retail teams monthly commission reports, expenses claims, stock take reports for payroll purposes.
- Assist with tracking and reporting of business KPIs and data, including daily sales, clienteling lists, product price list, marketing campaigns tracking forms and etc.
- Assist to maintain effective and efficient workflow and streamline processes continuously to minimize resources in obtaining maximum productivity
- Able to visit local and outstation stores to attend and support store’s operation needs, i.e. monthly stock take, store’s set up, in-store events and etc
Stocks and Merchandising Management
- Ensure retail stores are well-merchandised and clean at all times with store visit checklists
- Assist to arrange stocks, testers and collateral items for retail stores
- Monitor usage and control costing of operational items in retail stores, i.e. stationery, testers, collateral items and etc
- Able to observe and give timely feedback on stores visual merchandising and maintenance needs
Staff Management and Communication
- Manage and lead retail teams including Store Managers, Store Supervisors and Beauty Advisors with operational guidance, rostering and sales planning as well as resolving disciplinary issues
- Propose and implement actions to improve team morale and productivity
- Maintain and uphold retail teams image standards and work etiquettes
- Ensure compliance of company’s rules and regulations such as membership management, marketing mechanics, PDPA policy, HR policy, workplace safety practices and etc.
- Maintain clear and effective communication to establish positive relationship across retail teams, management, customers and mall managements
To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:
- Diploma or a Degree in Business Admin, Marketing or any related field
- Minimum 1 year of retail working experience, similar industry exposure is a plus
- Strong knowledge in retail sales and operations, people management
- Skills: PC skills – Microsoft Office Application

- Independent to work under minimal supervision
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays when needed
- Able to travel locally and outstation, having own transport is an added advantage
Notwithstanding the above, you shall also be required to carry out any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
