About the role
You will be a key member of the APAC - Malaysia team that is responsible for developing and executing on a recruitment strategy which is aligned with KKday’s growth in the region.
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practises
- Be independent, resilient, adaptable to changes and driven
- Work with well with internal and external stakeholders
Job Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Develop and execute hiring strategies for emerging markets
- Source active and passive candidates for talent pipelining
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, interview, offer management)
- Take ownership of excellent candidate experience in the recruitment process
Employer Branding
- Champion employer branding and engagement projects to boost KKday as the preferred employer in the region
- Interact with potential candidates on professional networks, alumni networks and social media
HR Operations
- Facilitate all employee life cycle activities for new hires to ensure smooth transition from onboarding to offboarding
- Manage new joiner’s orientation programme
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare programs
- Support ad-hoc office administrative work as assigned
We would love to hear from you if:
- You have Bachelor’s degree from university
- You have 3-5 years of work experience in a talent acquisition position, ideally from digital/e-commerce industry
- You are proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- You have excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- You are a self starter who will deliver result
- You have the ability to have effective communication with teams across different offices and cultural backgrounds
- You have passion for the travel industry
