Job responsibilities
- To check AMLA reports and perform On-going/Enhanced Due Diligence
- To compile and gather required supporting documents for cases reflected in daily AMLA reports
- To conduct name screening and gather additional information where required via call / email
- To handle enquiries internally or from branches
- To collaborate with IT Department and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) on system enhancements (prepare test plan, test data and conduct testing)
- To ensure proper and timely execution of work assigned and that it is duly and properly carried out in accordance with Department’s guidelines, procedures and instructions
Job requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Working experience in customer administration would be an added advantage
- Meticulous and possess strong administrative skills
- Good working attitude and interpersonal skills
- Good written & communication skills in English
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
