Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire dealer network operations, ensuring adherence to company standards(including but not limited to NPS, Audit and Mystery Shopper), policies, and procedures across all dealerships.
  • Develop and implement dealer management strategies, processes, and performance metrics to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction within the dealer network.
  • Conduct regular dealer performance reviews, analyzing sales, service, and customer satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance to dealerships.
  • Manage the dealer onboarding and termination processes, including due diligence, contracts, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for dealer principals, managers, and staff to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and operational capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure effective communication, resource allocation, and alignment of dealer initiatives with overall business strategies.
  • Manage the dealer incentive programs, performance-based rewards, and recognition initiatives to motivate and retain high-performing dealers.
  • Resolve dealer-related issues, conflicts, and escalations, serving as a liaison between the dealerships and the company, fostering positive relationships and ensuring win-win solutions.
  • Develop and manage the dealer network expansion plans, including site selection, feasibility studies, and new dealer appointments.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies within the dealer network operations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to continuously enhance dealer management strategies and support the growth of the dealer network.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in dealer management, automotive sales, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and developing dealer networks.
  • Experience in developing and implementing dealer performance management systems, training programs, and incentive schemes.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive improvements.
  • Familiarity with automotive industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with dealerships.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for dealer management and reporting.
