- Responsible for the implementation of human resources and policies, programs and services that are consistent with the Global and Regional HR Strategy.
- Development of HR plans to maximize the human resources for Malaysia.
- Provide advice and support to the Site Manager and the Leadership team on all people related issues.
Talent Acquisition and Management
- Job Analysis and preparation of detailed Job requirements/descriptions
- Identification of suitable talent available
- On boarding of the associates in time and as per standard procedures
- Provide quality training / induction
- Identification of learning gaps
- Planning and actualizing learning plans as per business requirement
- ROI
- Accurate recording of attendance and leaves
- Error free payroll processing
- Coaching, training and performance management of the team
- Framing local policies aligned to global directives
- Aligning goals and objectives to business requirement
- Timely review and feedback to associates
- Compliance to all the applicable legal requirement pertaining to the function
- At least between five years in a role as a HR.
- At least five years in Manufacturing or chemical industry preferred.
- Leadership with people centric exposure is required.
- Ten years in a role as a HR preferred
