To check and reply on stock quantity according to Sales confirmation or Sales Order within stipulated;
To generate and monitor on Requisition Order for non-available items to production department;
To follow up and monitor with production department on the delivery of goods and minimize pending of requisition order;
To issue Order Pick List to storekeeper and ensure orders are picked correctly;
To issue Goods Returned Note on quality failure of goods and monitor on the returned of goods;
To review and check on physical stock balance against system stock records;
To adjust errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies;
To compile, file and maintain record of all inventory documents according to ISO standard;
To perform stock count and verify clerical computations against physical count;
To prepares reports, such as inventory balance, fast moving items, shortages, non moving item and storekeeper commission;
To adhere to the company’s rules & regulations as stipulated in the appointment letter;
To perform any other related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
