Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Recruiter located in Batu Kawan at CXL Group. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job positions within the organization. The role involves working closely with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for sourcing
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus
