Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
- Takes accountability for a successful implementation of distinct mid-size local or regional projects or mid-size projects of a program, sub-projects, or phases of a larger project projects.
- Select appropriate processes required to meet the project objectives.
- Adapt to and apply different delivery approaches and perform, with appropriate support, project management processes to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control as well as close a project in accordance with the Zurich project management frameworks and policies.
- Develop detailed project plans at task level based on the agreed business case and comply with requirements to meet the needs and expectations of senior stakeholders.
- Balance the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risk to produce the specified product, service, or result, managing project risks appropriately.
- Engage with other project managers to understand and share best practices and learnings and coach other more junior project managers.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and oversee multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals towards achieving strategic objectives.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
