Responsibilities

  • Provide process engineering support to automated and manual assembly lines for RF/Microwave products
  • Analyzing, troubleshooting, and solving product quality issue related to process
  • Resolving process problems with incoming material/parts or machine issues to improve process yield
  • Bringing all process to meet process quality requirement
  • Responsible for all quality documentation as required for the manufacturing process
  • Identify and initiate value engineering cost reduction activities and lead continuous improvement projects
  • Reorganize processes to improve the productivity of assembly lines
  • Redesigning the jig and fixture/tooling to improve to eliminating sources of repetitive motion injury (RMI) problems
  • Reviewing and revising process/machine parameter setting to improve process yield
  • Involving in new process technology exploration and innovation
  • Works on manufacturing engineering assignments with broadly defined objectives
  • Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization
  • Participate in new product transfer and outsourcing project

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent
  • Final year student or candidate with less than 2 years of experience in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Manufacturing/Material Engineering
  • Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job
