Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Analyst (Technical IT) at SRG Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for tasks related to quality control, quality assurance, quality management, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure high standards of deliverables and processes.

OPERATIONAL DUTIES:

  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Quality, Training, or Technical roles (experience in BPO is an advantage).
  • Proficient in quality assurance functions, with the ability to develop and implement QA programs.
  • Service- and technical-oriented, with a strong focus on transaction quality and the development of Technical Support Agents.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive quality assurance initiatives.
  • Results-driven, with the ability to meet deadlines and continuously improve processes
