  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is a well-established B2B manufacturing company with huge footprint across the market, with their products well embedded into our daily life.

With the recent increase in demand locally/overseas, they are currently looking for a Distribution Manager to join in their team.

Job Description

As the Distribution Manager, you will be responsible on the timely execution of order processing for inbound, storage and outbound material flows. Among the many responsibilities some are listed below:

  • Be the cross organizational interface between Transportation, Trade Compliance, Customer Operations and other Product Distribution organizations
  • Use and develop analytic tools and metrics to monitor the operational performance of the warehouse
  • Create and maintain relevant reporting and metrics that track the above objectives, and publish reports to stakeholders at varying levels
  • Determine patterns, opportunities for improvement and potential optimizations inside the operation and share with other counterpart as part of a continuous Optimization Roadmap
  • Provide insights to 3PL teams on areas to improve or do differently, based on analytic insights


The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or similar preferred.
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in similar fields
  • Comprehensive knowledge of 3PL, Product Distribution industry activities and related state of the art automation, Logistics and Procurement processes.
  • Familiar with latest developments in e-commerce
  • Pronounced interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adaptability to work in an international team that is spread all across the globe
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Enthusiastic about data analysis and data systems
