Job Responsibility
- Involved in the entire recruitment process, encompassing tasks like reaching out to potential candidates, reviewing resumes, arranging interviews, managing assessments, and verifying references.
- Collaborate with the Manager to formulate and implement effective search tactics.
- Build a proactive pool of potential candidates.
- Deliver timely and precise market insights to the manager to support initiatives aimed at strengthening the Company's recruitment reputation.
- Cold call potential candidates to introduce job opportunities, gauge their interest, and assess their suitability for current or future roles.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry standards to provide relevant and timely insights.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin. (Cantonese is the plus point)
- Microsoft Office literate (Words, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Potential talent should have a self starter attitude, willing to take on new challenges, and also exhibit the willingness to learn.
- Independent and have a strong sense of ownership.
- Have a passion for dealing with people, and possess strong communication/ written skills.
- Well organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
- Open to someone who's fresh or possesses min 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Up to RM 8,000 Basic (Subject to Exp, Past Track Record & Interview Performance) + Commission
