Job Title: Business Analyst
Type: Contract (6 months, potential for permanent employment)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Project Manager/Project Owner/Test Manager on the following tasks:
- Develop test plans and scripts based on business requirements/scenarios.
- Perform testing in accordance with the test plan.
- Participate in testing activities and resolve issues related to data/setup/configuration.
- Liaise with internal or external parties to troubleshoot, resolve, and retest any reported issues.
- Ensure test results are reviewed and signed off by all stakeholders.
- Prepare, validate, and review user-related materials where applicable.
KEY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience as an IT Business Analyst or System Consultant.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
- Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business processes, identify pain points, and propose solutions.
- Familiarity with system documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Test Scripts/Plans, Data dictionaries, ERDs, Flowcharts, etc.
- Experience in conducting user acceptance testing.
Mandatory to Have:
- Knowledge and experience in banking-related systems.
- Knowledge and experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
