Job Description

A new regional FMCG player is seeking to expand and grow their marketing team in the Malaysia market. Looking for candidates seeking for their next challenge, this will be an exciting opportunity to be part of their pioneer team to build their brand in the beverage category.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual brand plan for a new line of products in the beverage category.
  • Partner with regional team to develop marketing strategies for market penetration.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor movements, and other relevant market information to drive strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate and manage creative agencies to support execution of marketing plans.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a brand marketing role or similar within the FMCG industry (experience in managing the beverage/RTD category is an added advantage).
  • Strong communication skills, business acumen, and stakeholder management.
