About The Role

Analyse training needs and collaborate with Premier Academy to deliver quality and effective training programmes to achieve business metrics within budgeted costs and timelines.

Job Responsibilities

Training Initiative roll down to Business

  • Plan and implement roll-down of training strategy & policies from APAc HQ
  • Position and promote training initiatives to create agreement from business
  • Partnering with Premier Academy Specialist and Business to optimise resources and ensure effective implementation of training initiatives
  • Monitor training impact and provide feedbacks and evaluation to HQ

Tactical Initiatives to Support Local Business Needs

  • Business partnering Sales Heads to support immediate business training needs
  • Consultation of Agency force in Skill and Knowledge implementation

Licensed and Structured Programs Delivery

  • Delivery of licensed training programs rolled down by Premier Academy HQ
  • Deploy training team to fulfill program completion target
  • Deploy active support, i.e. mentor, action plan & follow-up, after training to ensure knowledge retention and application

People Development & Quality Assurance

  • Trainer Competency Building
  • Mentoring
  • Attend TTT & certification

Operation Management

  • Administration & logistic management
  • Budget planning

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as training specialist / subject matter expert in insurance knowledge / financial planning / leadership / distribution channel management with professional designation (e.g. Certified Training Professional/ FLMI/ RFP/CFP)
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the distribution channel, financial business environment ,sales and change manegement process
  • Able to collaborate well with key partners
