Job Responsibilities

This position is the epicentre of the Addressable & Digital Ad Operations division. It requires the deepest technical, platform and product knowledge and experience.

Its primary responsibility is to setup, management, optimization and reporting of all addressable audiences and digital advertising campaigns with management of team which expands ad products and support across addressable tv, display, video, audio and social.

Close working relationship with internal and external stakeholders on driving new ad product and ad tech initiative with supporting scope of go to market strategy.

Key Tasks

  • Responsible for managing to key performance indicators of advertising campaign as agreed upon by sales, client and Campaign Management team
  • Deals with any OTT video creative, VAST tag, 3rd party ad server, etc potential tech stack issues and provides any alternative solutions post troubleshooting as needed.
  • Produces, implements and troubleshoots tracking tags and pixels when needed.
  • Responsible for investigating and solving any platform issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for overseeing ad operations team on managing campaigns, to optimize their pacing & performance and provide weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports to sales & clients.
  • Tasked to lead on data audience management and strategy planning when comes to revenue with yield optimisation.
  • Communicate campaign review reporting and updates via phone call and in-person meetings with sales and clients on a case-by-case basis.
  • Analyze campaign data, make applicable optimizations decisions to campaigns to meet the client’s campaign KPIs.
  • Provides sales team with impression forecasts, data segments and campaign strategy, especially for sales packages fulfilment.
  • Supporting integration and cross platform of digital campaign proposal with relevant product implementation with result driven of client campaign objective with result driven performance campaign.
  • Involvement of Ad Tech product testing and implementation including performance review of ad units including the viewability, engagement rate and other ad performance metrics.
  • Ensure all digital ads are setup in accordance to best practices with any applicable tracker tested and deadlines are met for client’s campaign.
  • Includes inventories and campaign performance reporting review with management as needed on weekly/monthly basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum degree of any field
  • Preferred a min 10 years' experience in a similar or digital operation supporting role
  • Must be from cross functional digital advertising operations related working background
  • Google Certification in Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics will be required
  • Experiences of web ecosystem and troubleshooting will be required
  • Data audience management knowledge and hands on audience segment management via Data
  • Management Platform will be required
  • Experiences with Kantar reporting will be a plus
  • Hands on and deep knowledge on online advertising operations
  • Strong analytical skill with numbers
  • Possess logical thinking to interpret campaign performance optimization to assist and upskill the team
  • Experience and exposure with local media and advertising industry trend
  • DMP (Data Management Platform) experience of audience segment management
  • Social platform performance campaign delivery monitoring and KPI optimization
  • Basic skills in HTML would be preferred but not essential
  • Fluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail
