Position Description

Self-motivated individual who is responsible for technical support for the Lenovo Global eCommerce applications/tools to advance our IT offerings and vision. Work end users to understand and assist in operational solutions to address those needs. Candidate needs to be self-driven and very passionate with IT technology advancements.

We are looking for an enthusiastic DevOps Engineer who has the following qualities and responsibilities:

  • Application support:
  • Resolve issues
  • Perform site performance monitoring to determine system performance bottlenecks.
  • Manage operation day-to-day technical issues.
  • DevOps tasks:
  • Support the application CI/CD pipeline for promoting software into higher environment.
  • DevOps tools support
  • Infrastructure maintenance support
  • Proactive learner with the ability to research and quickly utilize new technologies.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor of Computer Science / Information Technology from a reputable university/college.
  • Passionate with Technical IT work and adopting new technologies.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Good teamwork.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Growth mindset, willing to pick up new skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Full-time position.

Skills/Tools Proficiency (Preferable)

  • Web Servers - Nginx, Tomcat
  • Micro Services architecture
  • Logging – ELK / Splunk
  • Network – F5, Firewall, Load Balancing, Reverse Proxy, DNS, DMZ
