  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Senior/ Project Manager is responsible for all phases of the project, from designing to implementing project plans to ensure project is delivered on time and within budget.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

  • Lead assigned teams in the timely execution of project to delivery within budget with responsibility for high productivity and performance.
  • Manage material resources efficiently and ensure profitability of assigned project/s.
  • Manage and develop positive relations between the Company and all external and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise and solutions as required on project.
  • Ensure high safety and quality standards are met.
  • Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.

  • Excellent client facing with strong people orientation ability to build and develop positive relations.
  • Strong ability in cost management and driving profitability while remaining in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Able to lead and inspire high performance, to ensure project plans are implemented on a timely, efficient and effective basis.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years’ experience in Data Center projects, with a total of 10 - 15 years’ construction experience
  • Able to demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge in Structural, Architectural Design, MEP and Contracts Management.
  • Excellent track record of ability to manage teams and projects completion.
