Job Title: Risk Officer

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Professional certification in risk management (e.g., CRM, FRM, PRM) is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or a related field. Either business or technology ideally in the financial / insurance industry.

• Strong understanding of risk management principles, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in risk management software and tools. E.g., Archer or ServiceNow

• Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.

• Experience in conducting relevant workshops and trainings to diverse levels of management.

• Entrepreneurial with strong collaboration skills

• Ability to deliver high-quality results and takes ownership of initiatives.

• Proven experience in Project & Stakeholder management

• Ability to set priorities and work to tight deadlines.

• Experience in regulatory environment and standards including across CPS 230, CPS 220, CPS234.
