- Prepare sales quotations and other sales documents.
- Collect and organize information gathered from sales product records and update sales forecasts.
- Follow up customer needs, including preparation of sales materials such as delivery arrangements.
- Prepare shipping document.
- Work with internal processing department and Sales Manager on the customer requested sample.
- Daily update of product production volume record report.
- Updates and announcements of price letters.
- Work with production teams to monitor product inventory.
- Preferable Mandarin Speaker cause need to deal with Mandarin client
- Work Location: Ulu Choh, Pekan Nanas
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree.
- Have min. 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Efficient in documentation processes, able to write reports with clarity.
- Proven time management and prioritizing skills, ability to work in a team and coordinate the work within the team.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
- Possess own transport & willing to travel
