  • Collect and organize information gathered from sales product records and update sales forecasts.
  • Follow up customer needs, including preparation of sales materials such as delivery arrangements.
  • Prepare shipping document.
  • Work with internal processing department and Sales Manager on the customer requested sample.
  • Daily update of product production volume record report.
  • Updates and announcements of price letters.
  • Work with production teams to monitor product inventory.

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree.
  • Have min. 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Efficient in documentation processes, able to write reports with clarity.
  • Proven time management and prioritizing skills, ability to work in a team and coordinate the work within the team.
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
