Provide day-to-day support to our manufacturing business on the full spectrum of Production & Sales coordination related tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all transactions according to requirement and SOP.
Follow up with internal department to resolve and to attend to their outstanding issues.
To Track email or group chat communications to ensure all orders / requests are received & executed.
Maintain proper records of data-entries, systematic filing, and storage of documents for audit purposes.
Assist in generating and analysing production & sales reports to ensure compliance with company policies.
Ability to work in a high volume, fast moving operational business.
Able to demonstrate and combine a methodical and organized approach to work situations with high attention to detail.
Undertake any ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by manager.

Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in any related field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proven time management and prioritizing skills, ability to work in a team and coordinate the work within the team.
Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
Multitask, self-motivated, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Possess own transport & willing to travel.
