- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Assist Production and other departments with administrative needs.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the director.
- Handle general office administrative duties.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and security.
- Conduct research and gather information to support business decisions.
- Handle other tasks and assignments as required, supporting the Manager / Director’s personal and professional needs.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma & Degree in any related field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as required to deal with China colleague.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Possess own transport & willing to travel.
- Independent, prudent, meticulous and committed personality.
