Location: Bandar Springhill, Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan

We are seeking a qualified and passionate IB Diploma Programme Coordinator to join our esteemed IB World School. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background within the IB framework and a commitment to fostering a positive educational environment.

Specifications & Qualifications:

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills, knowledge, and qualities:

• An outstanding educator with a focus on student learning and a commitment to excellence.
• A Master's degree (or currently pursuing one) in Education, Educational Administration, or Curriculum Studies.
• A minimum of ten years of teaching experience, with at least five years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience with the IB PYP, IB MYP, and IB DP.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced in developing and implementing professional development programs.
• Ability to work independently and effectively lead and manage a team.
• An IB-recognized trainer with participation in various IB regional workshops.
• Strong ability to meet timelines and pay attention to detail.
• Excellent conflict resolution skills and a collaborative approach with students, staff, and parents.
• Effective leadership and decision-making abilities, with strong background in classroom supervision and instruction.
• Capability to plan budget requirements for the school.
• Commitment to internationalism in education and expertise in utilizing IT as an educational tool.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for education and a strong drive for excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a mature attitude as a good team player.
• Understanding of local rules, regulations, and market trends in education.
• Flexibility to take on occasional responsibilities outside standard duties and willingness to travel and work on weekends during recruiting seasons.
