We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end development of machine learning models, data engineering, and the deployment of AI solutions. This role will play a crucial part in building our AI Assistant and enhancing our business intelligence capabilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Data Science and Machine Learning:

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources.
  • Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems.
  • Utilize statistical analysis and data mining techniques to derive actionable insights.
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders through data visualization and presentations.

Data Engineering:

  • Collaborate with the full-time data engineer to design and maintain data pipelines.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality through robust validation and processing mechanisms.
  • Implement data aggregation and enhancement processes to support analytics.

AI and Model Development:

  • Contribute to the development of AI products.
  • Continuously refine and optimize machine learning models for production use.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure optimal performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: -

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning, and data engineering.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modelling techniques.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data management systems.
  • Knowledge of data engineering best practices and tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
