Data Scientist

A data-driven and enthusiastic analyst to join MYStartup team to drive our goals forward. Working closely with other internal departments, candidate will learn the operation and support their projects by providing data, analysis, and insights. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, be meticulous with numbers, and be creative in problem-solving with an open mind to changes and interactions.

Responsibilities:

1.Data Collection & Processing:

• Extract, clean, and process large datasets from various internal and external sources.
• Work with data engineers to improve data quality and streamline data pipelines for efficient data collection and transformation.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.

2.Data Analysis & Modeling:

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to discover patterns, trends, and insights.
• Develop and implement advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive models to solve business problems.
• Use data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders in an accessible manner.

3.Data Visualization & Communication:

• Create clear and impactful visualizations to present analytical results and insights to stakeholders.
• Produce dashboards, reports, and presentations to track KPIs and communicate the impact of data-driven initiatives.
• Simplify complex analytical results for non-technical audiences.

4.Machine Learning & AI Implementation:

• Design and implement machine learning algorithms and AI models to automate decision-making and predictive tasks.
• Continuously optimize model performance through tuning and retraining as new data becomes available.
• Stay current with the latest developments in machine learning and AI to incorporate cutting-edge techniques into the business.

5.Collaboration & Innovation:

• Work closely with data engineers, product teams, and business units to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Recommend improvements to existing processes, tools, and data strategies.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and frameworks for data science at Cradle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Master Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics or equivalent.
• At least 5 - 7 years' of experiences.
• Core in data driven.
• Self-starter, principled, and driven to do the right thingfor an organization.
• Experienced in Data Analytictools.
• Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills.
