  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description:

  • Good understanding and working knowledge of ITIL (ITIL Foundation desired)
  • Good understanding of compliance requirement meeting regulatory needs.
  • Good understanding of Project delivery methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Prince)
  • Good Technical background having experience in Distributed technologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of Governance and Assurance in Technology space involving third parties.
  • Strong understanding of IT service continuity management and disaster recovery principles, processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Understanding the following processes is a plus: service level management, availability management, Availability management, and change management.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams across the firm to leverage previous experiences, utilities, and shared capabilities.
  • Able to contribute to the overall governance process to provide suggestions in terms of automation and lean working process.
  • Knowledgeable about best practices, industry standards, open-source, and emerging trends
  • Good visualization and presentation skills
  • Excellent collaborator with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders across the bank.

Strategy

  • Subject matter expert on Technology Resilience, third-party Party Risk Management, IT Continuity Management, as well as Contingency and Disaster Recovery
  • Responsible for developing and demonstrating an effective and accurate TPCP testing strategy approach for material tech arrangements.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of tools, procedures and training which support the (TPCP) Testing and Exercising strategy for Material Tech Arrangements.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and facilitation of the simulated test exercises, ensuring alignment across the various Stakeholder Groups.
  • Responsible for developing and delivering any internal and external progress reporting requirements on TPCP testing for material tech arrangements.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with a wide range of senior stakeholders to deliver against the strategies and processes that underpin the TPCP Testing & Exercising strategy.
  • A leader in communication, planning and execution with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
