The Admin Executive will provide administrative support to the property management team. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the property management department and ensuring that all administrative tasks are performed accurately and efficiently.

  • In charge of collections & issuing of original receipts
  • Handle complaints from residents / tenants and update tracker and ensure KPI is met
  • Implement proper filing mechanism
  • Issues notices, letters and communication to owners, vendors and authorities
  • Prepare minutes of meetings
  • in-charge for software for visitors and occupant management system
  • Process vendor payments according to SOP
  • To perform basic accountings
  • Such other duties as directed by the Building Manager / Senior Management

  • Diploma in business administration, property management, or a related field.
  • Must be able to converse and write efficiently in Mandarin
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
