We are in search of a dynamic and highly organised professional to join our team as a Brand Experience Manager.

This multifaceted role requires a candidate with a strong background in retail operations, coupled with expertise in planning and executing events. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth retail operations while also contributing to the successful planning and execution of various events to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Operations:

  • Oversee and optimise retail operations, work closely with appointed human resource agency in hiring and training of in-store manpower to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Stakeholders Reporting:

  • Ensure weekly reports are reported timely with key findings for continuous improvement plan in terms of tactics / crowd pulling initiatives and buzz.
  • Propose new ideas for stakeholders approval to drive better KPI based on benchmark agreed across the board.

Event Management:

  • Conceptualise and execute a variety of customer-focused events, emphasising experiential retail.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events align with the brand and resonate with the target audience.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, emphasising cost-effective planning.

Customer Engagement:

  • Implement strategies to enrich the overall customer experience through events and in-store activities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align event activities with the brand’s values and identity.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, fostering a customer-focused culture within the retail environment.
  • Provide training and guidance to store staff regarding event participation and customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in retail operations with a strong focus on customer experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement operational processes that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic retail environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
